Quick Start Guide

Sign up at bobwork.ai and create your first agent. Give it a name that represents your business — e.g. "Acme Support Bot".

1. Click Start Free Trial
2. Sign up with Google or email
3. Follow the onboarding to create your first agent

This is the most important step — Bob needs to know your business before it can help your customers.

1. Go to My Knowledge in your agent sidebar
2. Paste your website URL and click Crawl
3. Optionally upload any documents (price lists, brochures, FAQs)
4. Click Generate Knowledge Base and wait 1–3 minutes

Set Bob's tone, language, and greeting so it matches your brand.

1. Go to Settings in your agent sidebar
2. Set your Tone (Friendly, Professional, Casual, etc.)
3. Write a Greeting Message for new conversations
4. Click Save

Link your WhatsApp number so Bob can start chatting with customers.

1. Go to WhatsApp in your agent sidebar
2. Click Connect WhatsApp and scan the QR code
3. Enable Auto Reply in Settings

Send a test message to your connected WhatsApp number. Bob should reply within seconds.

Happy with the responses? You're live. Share your WhatsApp number with customers and Bob handles the rest.
