Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

    1. Introduction

    This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") forms part of the Terms of Service between BobWork AI and the Customer. It applies where BobWork AI processes Personal Data on behalf of the Customer in the course of providing its services.

    2. Processor and Controller

    The Customer acts as the Data Controller, and BobWork AI acts as the Data Processor. Both parties agree to comply with their respective obligations under applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.

    3. Security Measures

    BobWork AI shall implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and accidental loss or destruction.
