- What does the setup fee cover?
- Building the agent: importing your knowledge (docs, FAQs, product data), connecting WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, web chat and any skills you pick, and testing it against your real conversations before go-live.
- What does the monthly retainer cover?
- Running the agent: hosting, the included 5,000 AI conversations and 5,000 knowledge files, human handoff, and every content or workflow change you request — live within 24 hours on weekdays. You never operate the system yourself.
- What happens if we go over the included usage?
- Conversations above 5,000 a month are $0.05 each. Knowledge above 5,000 files is $10 per extra 1,000 files a month. There is no per-message or per-seat charge.
- Can we start small and add skills later?
- Yes. The base plan includes any 3 skills. Each extra skill has a one-time setup (S $500 · M $1,000 · L $2,000) and a small monthly fee, and can be added at any point.
